We value your satisfaction with an online purchase. For whatever reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund. We will reply to you with a Return Authorisation Code including a Return address.
You have to return it back to us within 7 days from the day that you received a Return Authorisation Code.
- All items must be returned in original condition and must be undamaged, unworn, and unwashed. All sewing tags must be attached. Ella and SaV reserve the right to refuse exchanges and refunds if the product in question does not meet these requirements.
- Shipping fees will not be refunded and will be deducted before processing the refund payment. For order with free shipping, we will attribute a shipping cost and subtract it from the refund.
- The postage for returning items back to us is the responsibility of the customer.
- Returns and refunds will not apply in the case of custom-made products.
- Items bought on sale or promotions are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
